This study aimed to evaluate three sets of B1 gene DNA primer for the diagnosis Toxoplasma gondii. The gondii that stored on liquid nitrogen was isolated using DNAzol™ reagent. first step Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCRs) performed external and internal sets, respectively, then nPCR. PCR products sequencing by Apical Science. All sequences were analysed CLC Sequence Viewer Version 8.0 software compared sequence database deposited in ToxoDB (Toxoplasma genome database) BLAST (https://toxodb.org/toxo/app). Each evaluated performing single (forward reverse) nested reactions. Three have different amplification precision. According results amplicon sequencing, set #2 has best precision gene.
